Injection Molding Strategy

 

1) Water Circuit-1 (cold water)
11 in/out cooling lines can be fed into the mold with cold water coming directly from chiller.


2) Water Circuit-2 (Warm/Hot Water)
8 in/out cooling lines can be fed into the mold via a mold temperature controller (MTC-1) over a flow meter.


3) Water Circuit-3 (Warm / Hot Water)
8 in/out cooling lines can be fed into the mold via a mold temperature controller (MTC-2) over a flow meter.

 

> A precise temperature control can be applied on the molds. Each Arburg has 3 different water circuits.

> Depending on the polymer and mold design, fixed and movable halve temperatures can be set independent from each other. Nozzles can be conditioned with completely different setting.

> Regloplus (Swiss made) MTC’s are utilized up to 90 ºC. In case demanded, higher degrees can be obtained

 

 

a) Motan System for material feeding, and drying.

b) 1st runner seperator on the conveyor (propeller type)

c) 2nd runner seperator on the conveyor (roller type)

d) Material bin with mixer inside. Mixer provides a homogenius mixture of masterbatc, re-cycled material and/or re-granulated material...

 


> 12 hot runner temperature controllers are existing on Arburg machines (according to HAN 24E Hasco)

 


> Selogica control pannel include all existing software control packages (7 packages) including quality control
and documentation packages. Complete process is monitored and set via various graphics.
